Florida Student Aid Resources

As costly as college tuition can be, funding for your college education does not have to be a burden, as long as you take the time to properly research financial aid opportunities. That said, it is very important that you begin to have an understanding of the types of financial aid available to you.

1. Federal Financial Aid is made available by completing the FAFSA each year. Please visit www.fafsa.ed.gov. You may complete FAFSA as early as January 1st. The earlier you complete the application, the better you are at receiving the most available funds you are eligible to receive.

2. Florida State Financial aid is made available by completing the Initial Student Florida Financial Aid Application and also doing the FAFSA. Below is a list of State of Florida Grant and Scholarship Programs administered by the Office of Student Financial Assistance. To become eligible for any of these scholarships and grants, students must Click here to Register Initial Student Florida Financial Aid Application. Each program name below will link you to a program description that includes eligibility requirements, application procedures, award amounts, and renewal requirements.
